The industrial complex covers an area of 20,000 sqm. Built in the early 1970s, it was expanded over the following decade and used as paper mill and polystyrene manufacturing facility. After remaining unused for many years, it was restored and redeveloped starting in the mid-1990s. Today, it includes 12 industrial units of various sizes for production, storage, and distribution activities, covering a total area of 12,000 smq.

The "La Torre Spagnola" building, home to our offices, is located in Piazza Piemonte e Lombardo 13, facing the port of Marsala. Built in 2004, it offers 500 sqm of office spaces.
